(L.A.) Jason Simpson, 43, Died in a Bathroom

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 43-year-old Black male that occurred in a bathroom.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jason Simpson.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 8:04 p.m.

This is considered an accidental drug overdose.
