(L.A.) Nicholas Pollack, 35, Died in a Private Driveway

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 35-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a private driveway.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Nicholas Pollack.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute Alcohol Intoxication

Other Significant Condition: Chronic Alcohol Liver Disease

RIP NICHOLAS POLLACK (July 20, 1988 – July 25, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 10:59 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on September 11, presumably after the results of tox screening came back.

Alcohol deaths may be classified as accidents under the assumption that the users didn’t intend to kill themselves.
