(L.A.) Javier Paz, 47, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 47-year-old Latino male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Javier Paz.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, and Ethanol

RIP JAVIER PAZ (April 14, 1976 – July 23, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 5:56 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on August 29, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
