Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 74-year-old Vietnamese male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Tam Nguyen, resident of Oneonta Knoll in South Pasadena.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Blunt-Force Injuries
