Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 57-year-old Hispanic/Latino male that occurred in a healthcare service.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Matthew Cardoza.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Methamphetamine, Phencyclidine and Fentanyl

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 1:50 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on May 2, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
