(L.A.) Craig Cynowa, 59, Died from Meth

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 59-year-old White/Caucasian male.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Craig Cynowa.

Cause of Death: Methamphetamine Effects

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 4:28 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on August 31, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the meth.

Drug deaths are frequently classified as accidents under the assumption that the users didn’t intend to kill themselves.
