Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 37-year-old Latino male that occurred in a hotel.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as James Juarez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Methamphetamine and Fentanyl Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 1:06 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on February 25, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
