(L.A.) Guillermo Corral, 50, Died in a Park

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 50-year-old Hispanic male that occurred in a park.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Guillermo Corral.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, and Ethanol Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 3:46 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on September 30, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
