(L.A.) Desmond Fuller, 43, Died on a Sidewalk

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 43-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred on a sidewalk.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Desmond Fuller.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine
RIP DESMOND FULLER (October 12, 1979 – July 7, 2023)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 11:14 a.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on August 22, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
