The coroner’s office has identified the man as Stephen McGhee Jr.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Staphylococcal Sepsis

Cause of Death B: Empyema

Cause of Death C: Pneumonia

Other Significant Conditions: Combined Effects of Methamphetamine, Fentanyl, Cocaine, and Benzodiazepine, Heart Failure, Hypertension, Acute Encephalopathy, Right-Sided Pleural Effusion, Acute Hypoxemic Respiratory Failure
