Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 66-year-old Latino male that occurred on a street.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Juan Henriquez Rodriguez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Blunt Force Injuries

A male was found fatally struck by a vehicle on a street in the Vermont Vista neighborhood of Los Angeles late Tuesday night.

LAPD’s Transit Services Bureau units responded to a call of shooting at about 10:30 p.m. at the Metro Green Line Harbor Freeway Station at 11500 South Figueroa Street.

When units arrived on scene, they found a male that had been hit by a vehicle that remained on scene with apparent collision damage.
