Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 58-year-old White/Caucasian male.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Thayne Evans.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Other Significant Condition: Intake of Methamphetamine and Fentanyl

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 9:50 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on April 28, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
