(L.A.) Jose Castillo, 44, Died from an Accidental Overdose

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 44-year-old Latino male.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jose Castillo.

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 9:06 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on August 29, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
