Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 28-year-old White/Caucasian female.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Ashley Taylor.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

RIP ASHLEY TAYLOR (June 10, 1994 – June 3, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 10:52 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on November 4, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs. This was an accidental overdose.
