Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 33-year-old Asian male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Myles Aquino.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl Intoxication

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 2:58 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on September 25, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.

The decedent may have been of Filipino descent.
