Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 34-year-old “White/Caucasian” male that occurred in a field.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Alex Quezada. Born in L.A. County. Mother’s maiden name is Salazar.

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 11:50 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on November 25, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
