(L.A.) Isaac Canal, 24, Died at a Construction Site

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 24-year-old Latino male that occurred at a construction site.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Isaac Canal.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 6:08 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on November 25, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
