Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 57-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as John Rowan.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 4:15 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on August 3, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
