(L.A.) Mariano Macedo, 33, Died at a Private Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 33-year-old Latino male that occurred at a private residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Mariano Macedo.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetmine

Other Significant Condition: Obesity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 2:50 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on July 30, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs. This was an accidental overdose.
