The coroner’s office has identified the infant girl as Zipporah Torres.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Asphyxia

Cause of Death B: Airway Obstruction by Pillow

Cause of Death C: Unsafe Sleep Environment

Other Significant Conditions: Upper Respiratory Infection, History of Prematurity, Co-Sleeping
