Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 41-year-old Latino male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Sergio Torres.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Ethanol Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 2:04 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on July 28, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive.
