Third suspect arrested, charged in Aniah Blanchard case

The Lee County District Attorney has confirmed that a third suspect has been arrested and charged in the case of missing 19-year-old Aniah Blanchard.

David Johnson Jr. was arrested Monday in Montgomery. He has been charged with hindering prosecution.

It came out in court Monday that Johnson Jr. lived with the second suspect in Blanchard’s case, Antwain Fisher.

Earlier on Monday police found skeletal remains in Macon County, Alabama, they believe belong to Aniah Blanchard.

A judge on Monday ordered that Fisher be held without bond. He is charged with kidnapping.

In a previous court hearing it was revealed that Fisher drove Ibraheem Yazeed to Pensacola after Blanchard went missing and helped Yazeed dispose of some evidence.
