More Noise From San Juan Mayor Carmen Yulin
San Juan Mayor Carmen Yulin Cruz appears to in dire need of sleep for lucidity, now flagrantly accusing well-regarded Federal Emergency Management Agency director Brock Long of non-assistance in a series of odd-hour tweets.
Power collapses in San Juan hospital with 2 patients being transferred out. Have requested support from @FEMA_Brock. NOTHING! @POTUS

And she’s asking Ricky Martin and The Ellen Show for water.
Increasingly painful to undestand the american people want to help and US Gov does not want to help. WE NEED WATER! @TheEllenShow

The mayor has a good knack of making mainland media forget that the actual governor of the entire island is Ricardo Rossello, who is coordinating very well with FEMA. One can reasonably argue that the reason mainlanders haven’t seen much of the governor is because he doesn’t spend as much time doing the media rounds and instead has focused on doing actual work.

The response from the FEMA administrator: “We filtered out the mayor a long time ago. We don’t have time for the political noise.”
