Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 37-year-old Caucasian female that occurred on a train station platform.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Juliana Gascon.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Ethanol Toxicity

RIP JULIANA GASCON (June 10, 1985 – January 24, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 1:32 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in mid-September, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive.
