UPDATE: Ivana Trump’s Cause of Death Reportedly Blunt Force Injuries

The first wife of President Donald Trump and the mother of his three oldest children has died at age 73.

UPDATE: On Friday, the medical examiner announced that Ivana Trump died from blunt-force injuries to her torso, arising from a fall down the stairs.

Ivana Trump passed away Thursday morning. Paramedics called to her New York City home for a cardiac arrest found her unconscious and unresponsive.

News stations say that her death is not considered suspicious because she is supposed to haved died from natural causes.

A formal report with an official cause of death is forthcoming.
