Indianapolis Colts All Stand For National Anthem with Owner & GM
UPDATE: This happened October 1st (see date above). Another thing happened on October 8.
NFL Sunday… The Indianapolis Colts literally stood out when their entire bench remained standing for the national anthem, with owner Carlie Irsay and general manager Chris Ballard on the field locking arms with players.
A statement posted on their Twitter account explained that they were standing in unity. Last week, they decided to kneel during the national anthem against the Cleveland Browns.
The contrast was stark between the Colts and the Seattle Seahawks on this Sunday.

About 180 NFL players didn’t stand for the national anthem a week ago. Today? 52.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the #Colts are the first NFL team to do this pic.twitter.com/lLnUSrVpy0
