Country Music Fans Being Shot Dead = White People Community Outreach?

On the morning of October 2nd, Monday, with the country still in the early stages of shock over what occurred in Las Vegas, a deli owner in Chicago thought to tweet the following:

Soon as I heard it was country music, I felt relief. White people shooting white people isn’t terror… it’s community outreach. #LasVegas

This man Greg Morelli, presumably a fellow American of those killed, has since been prompted to delete the tweet by his brother Joey, the co-owner of the deli. Joey says Greg has been removed from the business and will be bought out.

Max’s Deli is the name of the business, located in the Highland Park neighborhood of Chicago.

This tweet is in the same vein as the Facebook comment of a CBS lawyer who in the aftermath of the massacre, said she had no sympathy for fans of country music being shot dead because they were likely Republicans. That lawyer Hayley Geftman-Gold has since been fired from CBS.
