(L.A.) David Soto-Toral, 35, Killed by a Garbage Truck

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 35-year-old Caucasian male that occurred in an alley.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as David Sototoral.

Born in L.A. County. Father’s last name is Soto. Mother’s maiden name is Toral.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Blunt Head Trauma

RIP DAVID ISAAC SOTO-TORAL (October 18, 1987 – January 25, 2023)

The decedent is believed to have been homeless at the time he was hit by an LA Bureau of Sanitation truck in Sherman Oaks on Wednesday.

On September 21, 2021, LUIS ADAN JAQUEZ filed a “Personal Injury – Elder/Dependant Adult Abuse” lawsuit against DAVID I. SOTO-TORAL. The suit was filed in Los Angeles County Superior Courts, Chatsworth Courthouse.
