Internet sleuths this weeked unearthed a horrifying tweet posted by Danny Rivero, a WLRN reporter in Florida.

Prefixed with the hashtag #freespeech, Rivero’s tweet was an indisputable attack on the LGBT community.

WLRN has yet to announce what disciplinary measures they will mete out to the unabashed homophobe. The South Florida Chapter of the National Association of Hispanic Journalists (@NAHJSouthFL), of which Rivero is a member, has not acknowledged the issue.
