Emergency Crews Respond to Coast Guard Base Seattle: Unknown White Substance in Mail

By coincidence, it was announced earlier today that Russia’s consulate in the city would be closed by the United States government.
UPDATE: Seattle Fire Department’s Haz Mat team have determined there is no hazard associated with the mysterious white powder found from a package at USCG.
