The outspoken critic of the prevailing response to the COVID-19 had his Twitter account reinstated Wednesday after nearly a year of being barred from the platform.
His first tweet back on the platform today was a duplicate of what had caused his suspension last year.
It doesn’t stop infection.
Or transmission.Don’t think of it as a vaccine.
Think of it – at best – as a therapeutic with a limited window of efficacy and terrible side effect profile that must be dosed IN ADVANCE OF ILLNESS.
And we want to mandate it?

Berenson filed a federal lawsuit in December 2021 challenging the ban.
On his Substack, the bestselling author revealed a part of his lawsuit settlement with Twitter.
“The parties have come to a mutually acceptable resolution. I have been reinstated. Twitter has acknowledged that my tweets should have not led to my suspension at that time.”
Tesla CEO Elon Musk, the world’s richest man, asked Berenson via a tweet to explain what the writer meant about the “…pressures that the government may have placed on Twitter…”
